You can access your transaction history and balance online any time. Before you begin make sure you have read the customer agreement, opening an account only takes a few minutes then you’re good to go.
If you don’t want to set up an account, you can pay as you go by buying single, return or multiple trips with your credit/debit card or using your bank’s Pay Online (POLi) service. Trips are valid for 180 days. Depending on how often you use the toll road, this may mean more frequent visits to our website or calls to our freephone number.
If you haven’t paid within five days a toll payment notice will be sent to the registered vehicle owner. If the toll payment notice isn’t paid within 28 days we may pass any unpaid tolls and associated costs onto a debt collection agency and also an infringement notice will be issued requesting payment of the toll, the administration charge, and a fee of $40.
